Excellent location. House was well stocked with anything you need. Host was very responsive and suggested some wonderful hikes, specifically for one in our party who is afraid of heights. Stay here if you can. Walking distance to many good restaurants and shops.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick’s incredible Airbnb! The house was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were all very comfortable and there was a binder of suggestions for all things Sedona. The highlight was the breathtaking 270-degree view of the red rocks, and the Jacuzzi quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect—walking distance to downtown but still in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Staying over Christmas, we appreciated Rick’s personal touch with festive decorations, including a beautifully lit tree, which made it feel like home. The big den with a smart TV was great for relaxing in the evenings. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend! Thank you, Rick, for making our trip so memorable!

I'd highly recommend staying here if you make your way to Sedona. It's probably the most relaxing, comfortable and picturesque place we've ever stayed in. We felt right at home, it's private and its walkable to downtown. Rick is extremely helpful, responsive and proactive. We'll definitely be back!

This is one my best Airbnb experiences! Even before booking, Rick was extremely responsive in answering general questions about the place and random logistics, like options for grocery delivery. I went with a friend and colleague for an academic writing retreat and had a last-minute question about the availability of surge protectors. Rick went above and beyond to make some last-minute arrangements to provide a few extras for us. Then, THE PLACE. It appears exactly as it does in the pictures. THE VIEWS are stunning, the neighborhood is calmly quiet while being so close to many amazing attractions. He charged the e-bikes for us, but we drove to trails instead. The space is also beautifully appointed. I've stayed in homes where it was clear the owner bought it solely to rent out with awkward or uncomfortable design choices. This is not that. EVERYTHING in Rick's place is tastefully and thoughtfully arranged, and so many comforts are sprinkled throughout. 20/10, highly recommend!!!

The views were why we rented this property and they did not disappoint! We spent a lot of our downtime on the deck looking at the views during breakfast and the end of the day. My favorite was getting up well before sunrise to see the Milky Way and watch the sunrise East of Sedona. The hiking is fantastic, and we also did a beginner canyoneering route, the Miyagi. Be sure to book a spa day. The dining options are very good and Sedona Beer Company is just a short walk down to town. The owner had a wonderful list of dining recommendations. The Grand Canyon is a day trip away. We had a fantastic stay her during our Sedona visit!

We just left this amazing city and house. This house is absolutely amazing. From the design to the furnishings it's an absolute masterpiece. Everything was immaculate and even better than the description. The views I won't even try to explain as you have to experience the beauty yourself. Rick was absolutely amazing. He sent us a list of great restaurants , hikes, and plenty of additional helpful information. The only complaint is that we had to leave this wonderful place to go home. I highly recommend staying here and there is no doubt we will be again in the future.

My family had an amazing stay at this home. The views were breathtaking, the house is clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We made an entire Thanksgiving meal and wanted for nothing. Rick was extremely attentive and even came by to fix the garbage disposal when we clogged it. Perfect location, great recommendations and ample amenities.

Fabulous house !! Amazing views out of every window. The house was well located… close to town, restaurants and hiking trails. Sara leaves the best and most complete list of great restaurants and hiking trails…. it simplified making plans… you can trust her opinions. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving week and my husbands 70th birthday.
